Job Description
- 2-3 years of experience in HR Recruitment function.
- Ability to handle all types of recruitment activities effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to comprehend, interprets, communicates, and applies variety of HR policies and procedures with clarity and accuracy.
- A demonstrated commitment to the customer service.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage changing workloads and to provide direction, support, motivation, and training to staff in a team environment.
- Organizational skills sufficient to prioritize work for timely and accurate completion.
