Architectural Inspectors

We are currently is looking for Architectural Inspectors.Candidates who have required qualification and good experience can apply.

Candidate must be locally available with valid QID and transferable visa.

Immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and monitor variations to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts for any required changes.
• Monitor safety aspects when dealing with the installations.
• Maintain registers of all submittals and testing.
• Maintain full site records, including daily site diaries, contractor’s manpower and equipment daily resources in an approved format, and formal daily progress photography.
• Conduct Material Inspection as per approved material submittal.
• Verify equipment settings, alignment and testing requirements.

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 10 to 12 years of Experience.
• Candidates must have good architectural inspection experience in hospital based projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to properly document installation of work and contractor’s performance.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to plan and organize daily work routine. Ability to establish priorities for the completion of work in accordance with sound time-management methodology.
