الوصف الوظيفي
- Perform chemical testing on Raw Materials (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) material analysis as per SOP and sampling plans
- Perform chemical analysis of In-Process samples and process water samples (as per sampling plan)
- Conduct daily pre-operative inspection and participate in plant Monthly GMP for food safety program
- Perform facility temperature monitoring, recording and corrective action, if required
- Conducts calibration of instruments as per requirements and frequency.
- Maintain and update records such as FG testing and RM testing daily as per current format
- Perform control sample room monitoring and checking on weekly basis
- Analyse all the production samples (every batches) and do corrective action, if required
- Update records on Laboratory Quality Log sheet before end of the shift which provides summary from 24 hours operations
- Assist Raw materials specialist in analysing the raw materials samples on daily basis and issuing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and adhering of good laboratory practices
