Job Title: Freelance Global Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in the world)

Compensation: CommissionBased

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Freelance Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across multiple regions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sourcing top talent and a proven track record in talent acquisition. As a freelancer you will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere while playing a crucial role in shaping our global team.

Responsibilities:

  • Global Recruitment Strategy:
    Develop and implement effective global talent acquisition strategies to meet the companys hiring needs across various regions.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    Utilize various channels such as networking social media job boards and other innovative methods to build and maintain a strong pipeline of highquality candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    Manage and optimize the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
  • Interview and Selection:
    Coordinate and conduct interviews assessments and selection processes in line with global best practices ensuring the hiring of top talent aligned with company values.
  • DataDriven Recruitment:
    Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics identify trends and provide insights to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and company policies.

Experience & Skills:

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong understanding of global recruitment practices.
  • Skills:

    • Proven ability to manage largescale recruitment projects.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
