We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at a seafood restaurant in Riyadh Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a fulltime position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff ensuring highquality service and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Monitor and manage inventory ordering supplies and ingredients as needed
• Create and maintain budgets track expenses and ensure profitability
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Train and supervise staff ensuring they are providing excellent customer service and following company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment fostering teamwork and promoting employee growth and development
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling and storage procedures
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menus ensuring the highest quality and freshness of ingredients
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and performance evaluations
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make necessary changes and improvements to the restaurants operations and offerings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a highend seafood restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations including ordering inventory management and budgeting
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
• Fluency in English & Arabic
  
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
