Position Overview
:

The Senior Specialist in Business Policy and Procedure Management will be responsible for analysing redesigning and documenting key business policies and procedures for the Social Development Bank. The goal is to enhance the maturity and operational efficiency of the Bank s policy and procedure systems ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy and Procedure Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive reviews of the Bank s existing business policies and procedures across all departments.

Identify gaps inefficiencies and areas for improvement in current procedural documentation and workflows.

Redesign and Optimization:

Lead the redesign of key business processes to improve operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Simplify and streamline complex procedures to make them more userfriendly and aligned with the Bank s strategic goals.

Documentation:

Develop and document new or improved policy frameworks and procedural manuals that cover all operational aspects of the Bank.

Ensure that all procedural documentation is clear consistent and easily accessible for staff across departments.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with department heads and key stakeholders to gather insights and ensure that the new policies and procedures meet their needs.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to validate and align new procedural designs with stakeholder expectations.

Performance Management:

Define and implement procedural performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the redesigned policies and procedures.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure performance metrics are reflected in the Bank s dashboards and reporting tools.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure that all policies and procedures comply with local regulations and international best practices.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procedural changes ensuring that the redesigned processes are both efficient and compliant.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in business policy and procedure management ideally within the financial services sector.

Proven track record of leading largescale policy redesign projects with a focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for financial institutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Ability to document complex processes clearly and concisely for a wide audience.

Requirements

Technical expertise in both ARIS process management tool and Bizzdesign architecture tool (absolutely required)
Fluency in English and Arabic (absolutely required)

This is a contract role that is offered on an onsite basis in Riyadh KSA.
