Role: Project Manager IT
Skill: Project and Program Management
Work location: Doha Qatar
Experience: 10 Years
Job Description:
- 10 years of overall IT experience with around 5 years in Project Management
- Very good understanding of hands on Technical projects delivery and Scrum team management
- At least 1 end to end Product Implementation experience ( Product in HR domain will be an added advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and motivate the team to deliver as per the planned timelines
- Exceptional skills in identifying in a timely manner issues and risks affecting project delivery and coming up with resolution and mitigation actions
- Good experience in Agile based delivery.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders across various units and run effective governance meetings
- Diligently manage change request process to ensure any deviation from planned baseline across scope cost and quality
- Industry leading certifications such as CSM/PMP/Prince2 would be an added advantage
