Job Description &Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Manager with a strong background in Corporate andCommercial Law and Mergers and Acquisitions to join our legal teamin Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 68 years ofpostqualification experience with a proven track record of successin a similar role.

This position requires a deep understanding ofthe legal landscape in Doha and the ability to provide strategiclegal advice to our clients.

KeyResponsibilities :

Strategic Legal Counsel :
• Provideexpert legal advice on a broad range of corporate and commercialmatters including mergers and acquisitions joint ventures corporaterestructuring and governance.
• Develop andimplement strategies for complex legal transactions and ensurecompliance with local and international laws andregulations.
