On behalf of our client we are looking for: Branch Sales Manager

Summary:

The Key Accounts Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the sales activities related to key accounts within the organization. This position requires a strategic mindset strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients. The Key Accounts Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue growth ensuring customer satisfaction and leading a highperformance sales team focused on key account acquisition and retention.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow key accounts ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and inspire the key accounts sales team providing guidance coaching and support to achieve individual and collective targets.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Analyses sales data prepare forecasts and generate regular reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer support to ensure a coordinated approach to key account management.
Negotiation:
  • Lead negotiations with key clients ensuring favorable terms and agreements for both parties.
Market Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.




Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • 46 years proven experience in key account management and sales leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering longterm client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.


Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using merchandising software and Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. 4-6 years experience in the same field, Proven experience in retail merchandising, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
