Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Office Driver to support our daily operations by providing efficient and safe transportation for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of driving experience in an office environment and will be responsible for ensuring timely and secure transport while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reliable and punctual transportation for employees executives and visitors as required.
  
• Maintain and manage the company vehicle including regular cleaning routine maintenance and reporting any issues or damages.
  
• Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
  
• Assist with the delivery and collection of documents packages and other items as needed.
  
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour always.
  
• Handle scheduling and logistical arrangements for transportation including coordinating pickup and dropoff times.
  
• Support administrative tasks such as filing and office errands when not driving.
  
• Maintain accurate records of mileage fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance.
  
• Adhere to safety and security procedures while on duty.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience preferably in an office or corporate environment.
  
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license with a clean driving record.
  
• Knowledge of Riyadhs road network and traffic regulations.
  
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and emergency procedures.
