In this role you will:

• Assist the CFO in supporting the senior management team in respect of operational and financial matters.

• Support the CFO in ensuring that all HSBC Group and local reporting requirements are delivered to the highest standards and within the required deadlines.

• Responsible for delivering the reporting requirements as requested by Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) along with maintaining the relationship with the CBK.

• By using change management and streamlining experience review existing reporting processes especially Central Bank reporting to deliver a more efficient sustainable streamlined and automated process.

• Have exposure to the Kuwait Global Business and Function teams by providing support insight and guidance to them to manage their income and cost base.

• Responsible for Vendor payment related activities relating to Kuwait Finance and coordinating with the Accounts payable team.

To be successful in the role you should meet the following requirements:

• University Graduate with minimum 5year experience in the banking and financial services industry.

• Working knowledge and practical experience of the Kuwait banking market rules and regulations of the Central Bank of Kuwait including all regulatory reporting requirements relating to the Finance function.

• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and influence at both senior and peer levels.

• Proven ability to deliver change (process reengineering) on a timely basis.
