Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining Odoo applications to meet our business needs. You will collaborate with various departments virtually to customize and enhance Odoo modules ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and Customization:
• Develop customize and enhance Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
• Create and modify Odoo views reports workflows and data structures.
• Integration:
• Integrate Odoo with thirdparty applications and APIs.
• Develop and maintain data integration and migration scripts.
• Testing and Debugging:
• Conduct thorough testing of new features and bug fixes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo modules and integrations.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support and guidance to endusers and team members.
• Assist in resolving system issues and optimizing performance.
• Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed modules and integrations.
• Document development processes and best practices.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with remote team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in virtual meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer with a strong understanding of Odoo framework.
• Experience in Python programming and familiarity with JavaScript HTML and XML.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in developing custom Odoo modules and integrating Odoo with other systems.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and practices.
• Preferred:
• Experience with other ERP systems and business software.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of business processes such as accounting inventory and sales.
