Senior SAP Time Tracking Functional Consultant

This is a remote position.

• Design configure and deploy SAP Time Tracking solutions in collaboration with external service providers that meet the business needs of our organization while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  
• Collaborate with HR Operations IT Service Owners and the HRIS Analyst team to support system maintenance production support process improvements and the addition of new functionalities.
  
• Provide technical guidance and training to ensure that stakeholders and endusers are proficient in utilizing the SAP Time Tracking module.
  
• Resolve complex issues related to SAP Time Tracking leveraging your technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize system performance ensuring optimal performance and usability.
  
• Led and coordinated release cycles managing the implementation and adoption of system enhancements.
  
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure the robustness and reliability of SAP timetracking configurations.
  
• Drive system optimization automation and efficiency improvements continually seeking ways to enhance the functionality and integration of SAP Time Tracking within the broader HR landscape.
  
• Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in HR management systems applying these insights to improve SAP Time Tracking solutions.
  
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that SAP Time Tracking and other HR modules are fully integrated and support the overall business strategy.
  

Requirements

• SAP certification in Time Management or substantial handson experience with SAP Time Tracking.
  
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP Time Tracking particularly in time recording absence management and payroll integration.
  
• Proven track record in fullcycle SAP implementation projects from blueprinting to golive support.
  
• Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules especially Employee Central is an advantage.
  
• Experience in collaborating with external service providers during the implementation and maintenance.
  
• Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
