Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
  
• Managing payroll and travel reimbursement calculations
  
• Coordinating with field work force
  
• Conducting employee induction/orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
  
• Updating employees regarding HR policies/ change in HR policies
  
• Maintaining and updating master database (personal file personal database etc) of each employee.
  
• Preparing letters such as Offer Letter Appointment Letter Confirmation Letter Experience Letter and Relieving Letter.
  
• Employee engagement activities.
  
• Providing Training to new employees

Requirements

• Graduate/Post graduate with 38 years of relevant experience as HR generalist in FMCG/Skincare/Beauty/Similar industry
