Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator supports the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruiting onboarding employee record maintenance and payroll processing. This role ensures HR initiatives are administered efficiently and effectively providing excellent service to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
2. Employee Records Management:
3. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
4. HR Policies and Compliance:
5. Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HRrelated matters.
Assist in resolving employee issues.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities such as teambuilding events and recognition programs.
6. Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
7. General HR Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR team including preparing reports presentations and correspondence.
Assist with special projects and HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
13 years of experience in an HR role preferably in a coordinator or administrative position.
Strong understanding of HR principles practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (MF SatSun Off)
Work Setup: Onsite
