Sales Executive - Real Estate - Propel Consult

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with 24 years of experience in real estate sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Utilize personal vehicle for salesrelated activities including client meetings and property viewings.

Qualification & Requirements:

24 years of experience in real estate sales.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.

Indepth knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market.

Must own a personal vehicle for sales work.
