Provide technical support to our customers on Data Security product suite as per SLA.
Support system deployment and User acceptance Testing
Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide timely resolution for our customer
Carry out planned upgrade and migration work.
Review and improve process flow as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsible for maintaining technical documentation in the Knowledge Base.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
Prior experience in a customerfacing role with a focus on IT system delivery.
Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure technologies including networking virtualization and related areas.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to engage both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently managing multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
Experience in supporting government agency is preferred.
Prior experience in Cryptography would be advantageous.
