We re seeking a recruiter to attract source and hire qualified candidates for Automatit positions across EMEA. You will collaborate closely with Senior Recruiters various departments and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Work location hybrid from Spain

• Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter XRay search Boolean search job boards referrals blogs networking events etc.
• Own full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS (Comeet) daily to guarantee that all candidates data and status are up to date.
• Support the hiring process of assigned roles and work closely with other recruiters in the team to help with generating candidates in the pipeline.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organizations goals.
• Assure each role is posted on different platforms such as LinkedIn job boards and other social media platforms.

Requirements :

• 3 years of experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter in a global tech company
• 1 year of experience in interviewing sourcing and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/Cloud fields such as DevOps Engineer Cloud Architect FinOps Analyst etc.
• 1 years of experience in global recruitment
• Indepth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/Xray search
• Working experience with ATS
• A proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
• Selfstarter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage)
• Experience with Comeet ATS advantage
• Experience with hiring for Marketing and Sales positions advantage
