cosmetic/ personal care packaging related company (need provide the working
experience). Must experience in selling containers or related products. Salespeople
need to come to our company with their existing customers or businesses we will
consider raising the commission for their existing customers or businesses.
Industry Knowledge: Seek candidates who have a good understanding of the container
manufacturing including knowledge of container materials types specifications and
decorations applied on containers.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills both verbal and written are
essential for building rapport with clients negotiating deals and addressing customer
inquiries.
Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate terms and close deals. Look for persuasive
confident and skilled in negotiating contracts and pricing.
Customer Relationship Management: A successful salesperson should be able to build
and maintain strong relationships with customers. Look for candidates who are
customerfocused attentive to client needs and capable of providing excellent
customer service.
Target Orientation: A resultsdriven mindset is important for achieving sales targets
and goals. Look for candidates who are motivated ambitious and able to work under
pressure to meet sales targets (first three month $200000)
Technical Proficiency: While not always mandatory proficiency with sales software
CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) can be beneficial
for managing sales activities and generating reports.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and local languages spoken in India is important
for effective communication with clients.
Availability to Travel: Depending on the nature of the sales role candidates may need
to travel to meet clients or attend industry events. Assess their willingness and ability
to travel as needed.
Legal Compliance: Ensure that candidates are familiar with relevant laws and
regulations governing sales activities in India such as contract laws import/export
regulations and tax compliance.
