Senior Account Executive

Reel Recruit seeks a Senior Account Executive for an innovative AI technology company based in Glasgow. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a background in technology sales and a keen interest in AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking referrals and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and longterm success.
- Demos: Run product demonstrations to showcase AI technology solutions and address client needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and present tailored AI technology solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to effectively position the companys products.
- Negotiation: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities client interactions and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams including marketing product development and customer support to deliver effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in technology sales focusing on AI or recruitmentrelated technologies.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Understanding of AI technologies and their applications across various industries.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Location: Based in Glasgow or willing to relocate.
