Job Description:
- HR system team to work on Leave and attendance.
- Yearly and monthly activities to check the leave accrual leave details shift details LOP LOPR reports etc.
- To understand the leave & attendance policies of different countries
- Creation of requirement documents for development as per country policy.
- Work with development team for an implementation of new policy or enhancements in an existing configuration.
- Testing of development given as per requirement and roll out of the same in production.
Candidates profile:
- 2 years of experience in HRSS
- Knowledge in leave management maintaining attendance maintaining reports.
