Sr Associate - HRSS - Global Tech Services

Job Description:

• HR system team to work on Leave and attendance.
• Yearly and monthly activities to check the leave accrual leave details shift details LOP LOPR reports etc.
• To understand the leave & attendance policies of different countries
• Creation of requirement documents for development as per country policy.
• Work with development team for an implementation of new policy or enhancements in an existing configuration.
• Testing of development given as per requirement and roll out of the same in production.

Candidates profile:

• 2 years of experience in HRSS
• Knowledge in leave management maintaining attendance maintaining reports.
