Foreman

• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring that all work is performed safely and that all personnel on site work and act safely.
• Perform field installation and oversight of others performing field installation as directed by the superintendent team on assigned project.
• Coordinate with Site Superintendent Trade Superintendents and other team members as required for direction and successful project completion.
• Work closely with QAQC and superintendent team to ensure that assigned projects are built per the drawing and installation manuals for trades including civil electrical and mechanical.
• Make sure you and staff working under you have the material equipment and other resources needed to perform work effectively and efficiently.
• Perform checkins multiple times per day with superintendents to gauge and inform project progress.
• Represent PSR professionally.

• Proven experience as a Foreman in utilityscale solar and renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques equipment and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and problem solving skills.
• Must maintain a good driving record and valid drivers license.
• OSHA 30 certified.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Computer skills Word MS Excel.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel to project sites as needed.
