This is a remote position.
Are you passionate about travel and helping others plan their dream vacations Join our dynamic team as a Hospitality Agent and turn your love for travel into a rewarding career! This position offers flexible hours allowing you to work parttime or fulltime and provides fantastic travel perks and discounts.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements including flights hotels car rentals and vacation packages
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients needs and preferences to tailor travel experiences
- Stay informed about travel industry trends destinations and promotional offers
- Utilize various booking systems and online tools to secure the best travel deals for clients
- Maintain accurate records of bookings payments and client information
- Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reside and have work authorization in the United States
- No previous experience necessary; comprehensive training is provided
- Possess a smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Selfmotivated with a passion for helping others and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
