This is a remote position.
Position Overview:
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative specializing in travel you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service experiences to travelers assisting them with inquiries bookings and ensuring their travel needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone email and chat channels addressing their travelrelated inquiries concerns and requests
- Offer personalized recommendations and solutions to customers seeking travel arrangements including flights accommodations car rentals and activities
- Process bookings and reservations accurately ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Assist customers with itinerary changes cancellations and refunds demonstrating empathy and understanding in handling their requests
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues and inquiries effectively ensuring a seamless travel experience
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of travel destinations trends and industry developments to provide informed assistance and recommendations to customers
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to navigate computer systems and proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in processing bookings and reservations
- Adaptability to work in a fastpaced work from home environment while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
