Requirements
Minimum Requirements
7 years in global capital markets or investment management firm.
Capital markets / debt financing expertise.
alternative investment securities Knowledge : including leveraged loans derivatives and securities.
Strong analytic background
valuation modelling expertise.
Tax equity financing expert negotiating structuring executing
tax equity market player knowledge
Tax equity structures. Understanding.
Degree in Finance Accounting or other related business field required.
Nice to have
MBA CFA and /or CPA strongly preferred.
This needs a Hands on rolling up their sleeves approach with strategic problemsolving and Strong leadership skills.
