سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيThe HR Assistant is responsible for managing the daytoday operations of the Human Resources Department. He/she shall implement and coordinate HR policies procedures and programs in the following functional areas: (1) Talent Acquisition; (2) Talent Development; and (3) HR Operations.
He/she shall lead HR practices and objectives in partnership with the HR Manager/ Supervisor that will provide an employeeoriented highperformance culture that emphasizes empowerment quality productivity and standards goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
TALENT MANAGEMENT (ACQUISITION DEVELOPMENT ENGAGEMENT AND EMPLOYER BRANDING)
1. Perform talent acquisition functions including sourcing screening and preemployment coordination
2. Conduct New Employee Orientation
3. Assist in the coordination with training providers as required
4. Monitor and report program evaluations
5. Assist in the creation and implementation of company events
6. Prepare and coordinate HR materials and announcements for internal communication
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
1. Assist in the implementation and cascade of HR policies
2. Maintain an updated employee record system
3. Monitor probationary employees and assist in the conduct of 3rd and 5th month performance appraisal
HR OPERATIONS
1. Assist in the implementation of employee recognition programs
2. Monitor timekeeping records
3. Assist and facilitate processing of employee statutory requirements
4. Route and properly document HR and/or employee records as needed
