About Our Client: Join our clients team a Coffee Chain company where they are passionate about crafting exceptional coffee experiences. We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Compensation & Benefit Staff to manage and streamline our HRrelated processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle applications and settings in Lark and Feishui including approval lines attendance and other HRrelated configurations.
- Update Yonyou database manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan BPJS Kesehatan and Bumida for PT KBI PT KBN PT KBS and KBR covering registration payments data updates and deactivation for resigning employees.
- Manage Sands Group and Jetcare insurance coordinating required documents with employees liaising with Jetcare and following up on the contribution amounts.
- Oversee employeerelated contributions for weddings childbirth and family bereavement.
- Coordinate with area/zone teams regarding store location data for budgeting purposes.
- Distribute payroll slips via email to all employees.
- Send BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan cards to newly registered employees.
- Coordinate with BPJS RO in case of work accidents and provide necessary data support.
- Prepare Vaklaring (employment certificate) and employment termination letters.
- Check attendance records across all stores HQ and back office zones.
- Update payroll data in accordance with employee entry and exit salary adjustments and related payroll documentation (e.g. salary withholding deductions and disbursements).
- Calculate compensation for store employee training.
- Calculate salaries for BD Kemitraan.
- Manage manual OCBC account openings.
- Administer and update employee leave records annual leave and replacement days off.
- Recap and calculate employee overtime.
Requirements:
- A relevant Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in the related field
- Proven experience in HR especially in compensation and benefits.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Yonyou BPJS and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
