Full-Stack Frontend Engineer

Tasks

As a FullStack Engineer at peopleIX your main responsibility will be to develop innovative features for our customerfacing people analytics platform.

In this role you will:

• Join our engineering team to develop both frontend and backend of our people analytics platform and shape the product in the early days
• Contribute to our modern tech stack based on Typescript (T3 Stack including Next.js Tailwind Prisma tRPC)
• Ship and iterate in close collaboration with our clients to ensure we solve real problems
• Have a significant impact on defining our culture team and way of working as we keep growing
• Work closely with our CTO Product Data and other teams across peopleIX

Requirements

• M.Sc. B.Sc. or equivalent experience in Computer Science Business Informatics Engineering or another relevant technical field
• Strong expertise in React TypeScript Node.js and SQL databases
• At least 2 years software engineering experience in a fastpaced environment
• Highly motivated and independent working style
• An affinity for intuitively designed UI/UX is a big plus
