Middleware Engineer

Job Title: Middleware Engineer (Java)
Location: Barcelona (23 days work in office rest days remote work)
Experience: 35 years
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
2. 3 plus years of handson experience in Java/J2EE development.
3. Proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem.
4. Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security) and Hibernate (or other ORM frameworks).
5. Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle etc.) and SQL queries.
6. Familiarity with web services (RESTful SOAP) and microservices architecture.
7. Design develop and implement highvolume lowlatency applications for missioncritical systems ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
8. Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to design implementation testing and deployment.
9. Write welldesigned efficient and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
10. Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
11. Perform code reviews to ensure code quality maintainability and scalability.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Responsible for Code Quality Implement best practices and Unit Testing. Should have knowledge in using any Unit testing frameworks.
