This is a remote position.

Position Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Work Setup: Work from Home
Schedule: 11PM 8AM PH time
Salary: Php 30000 Php 35000.00
Signon Bonus: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

Your Responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Clerk would be:
Download utility invoices for various accounts from utility vendors
Sort code and enter data into accounting system
Prepare batches of invoices for data entry and post invoices on a timely basis
Contact vendors to answer and respond to enquiries and request revised invoices in the event of an issue or change
Post preauthorized payments and maintain record of the transactions
Assist within the department as required


Qualifications as an Accounts Payable Clerk:
Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or a similar discipline is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 23 years of proven work experience and track record in an accounting firm or similar industry is strongly preferred.
Preferably with experience in any accounting tool
Experience with CRM tools
Proficiency in creating financial statements and a high level of accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of document management systems and accounting software programs.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Indepth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) & financial procedures.
Skills in Microsoft Office and advanced MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) Xero and QuickBooks.
Conceptual thinking resourcefulness diligence attention to detail and creative problemsolving skills.
Proactive coachable and wellorganized.
