Role Description

This is a fulltime targetbased role for a Sales Executive located in Manama with the responsibility for driving revenue growth and new business for the company. The Sales Executive must identify develop and manage opportunities for our range of services with customers in different industries and build relationships with clients to meet their logistics needs. The position is onsite and travel may be required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients through independent canvassing networking and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including carriers and customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate contracts and rate agreements to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports tracking key performance indicators and providing insights to management.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding services and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the companys overall revenue growth

Requirements

Qualifications
  • A degree in logistics supply chain management business or related field.
  • Experience in Bahrain Logistics Market.
  • Proven track record of success in sales preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • A valid Bahrain driving license
  • Experience in working within Bahrain markets is mandatory

Job Type: Fulltime Targetbased

Location: Manama Bahrain (Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work)
