This is a remote position.

Position Title: Community Success Accounts Receivable Admin
Work Setup: Work from Home
Schedule: 11PM 8AM PH time
Salary: Php 30000 Php 40000.00
Signon Bonus: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A COMMUNITY SUCCESS ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ADMIN

Your Responsibilities as a Community Success Accounts Receivable Admin would be:
Answer overflow reception calls to Tribe Management addressing general inquiries and escalating more complex issues to the Tribe s Community Team
Process Accounting related Help Desk tickets within the Tribe Home Community Platform providing timely and comprehensive responses
Record keeping; saving documents into system repositories
Processing Returned mail by contacting owner by phone/email to obtain current mailing address
Managing the Transit Pass Program; locating missing information/documents and monitoring the inbox AR duties o Processing payment requests o Compiling & distribute financial statements adding bank recs and invoice copies
Collaborate on adhoc projects as needed contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization

Qualifications as a Community Success Accounts Receivable Admin:
Graduate of Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Minimum of 23 years of work experience as an Admin or Finance Assistant or other similar administrative support experience is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of office management principles
Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
Well organized with a customeroriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Software Skills Proficiency using the following or similar software platforms & tools: Office 365 Asana Task Management Zoho CRM & Yardi Accounting software.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Experience in customer care
Exquisite communication and people skills
Proficiency and proven handson experience with office management systems
Knowledge of principles and practices of office administration.
Exceptional conceptual thinking resourcefulness diligence attention to detail and creative problemsolving skills.
Adept at meeting deadlines in a fastpaced quickly changing environment.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Knowledge of records management principles and procedures including record keeping and filing principles and practices.
Exceptional knowledge of methods and techniques of proper phone etiquette.
