Position Overview:
In this role you will divide your responsibilities between customer support and content moderation:
Customer Support (70%):
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via email and live chat ensuring that responses are timely professional and effective.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information helping customers resolve their issues and achieve a high level of satisfaction.
Content Moderation (30%):
- Review and monitor content across various platforms to ensure it complies with company guidelines and local regulations.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe online environment by identifying and addressing inappropriate or harmful content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on and adhere to client policies guidelines and best practices.
- Offer feedback on common issues faced by customers and suggest improvements to processes.
- Collaborate efficiently with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with the latest content moderation practices and standards.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Nativelevel Norwegian with strong English skills (B2 level or higher).
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience: No previous experience is required but a strong willingness to learn and keen attention to detail are essential.
- Personal Traits: Ability to make quick sound decisions with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
Working Schedule:
- Shift Details: Rotational shifts with working hours from 7:00 AM to midnight five days a week.
- Contract Type: Permanent fulltime position.
- Training: Comprehensive twoweek training requiring onsite attendance in Malta.
