Role Overview:
This position involves a combination of customer support and content moderation:
Customer Support (70%):
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email and live chat delivering timely and professional assistance.
- Ensure customers receive accurate complete and helpful information contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Content Moderation (30%):
- Monitor and review content across various platforms to ensure it aligns with company policies and local laws.
- Play a key role in maintaining a safe online environment by identifying and addressing inappropriate or harmful content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about and strictly follow client policies guidelines and best practices.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth workflow and effective issue resolution.
- Engage in ongoing training to remain uptodate with the latest content moderation standards and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Nativelevel Norwegian with good proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience: No prior experience required but a strong desire to learn and excellent attention to detail are essential.
- Personal Attributes: Ability to make quick sound decisions with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
Work Schedule:
- Shift Details: Rotating shifts with working hours from 7:00 AM to midnight five days a week.
- Contract Type: Permanent fulltime position.
- Training: Comprehensive twoweek training program requiring onsite attendance in Malta.
