Position Overview:
This role is a combination of customer service and content moderation duties:
Customer Support (70%):
- Engage with customers through email and live chat providing timely clear and professional responses to their questions and concerns.
- Ensure that customers receive accurate comprehensive information to resolve their issues and enhance their overall experience.
Content Moderation (30%):
- Review and monitor content on various platforms to ensure it meets company standards and complies with legal regulations.
- Help create a safer online environment by identifying and removing harmful or inappropriate content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay uptodate on and strictly adhere to client policies and industry guidelines.
- Provide insights on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience and moderation processes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about the latest best practices in content moderation.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native Norwegian speaker with good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience: Prior experience is not required but attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn are essential.
- Personal Attributes: Ability to make quick sound decisions with a proactive approach and adaptability to changing situations.
Work Schedule:
- Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts covering operating hours from 7:00 AM to midnight five days a week.
- Contract Type: Fulltime permanent employment.
- Training: A thorough twoweek training program requiring onsite presence in Malta.
