Position: Sales Engineer Components
Responsibilities:
- The Sales Engineer for Components will develop new markets for the components business in the Philippines and maintain excellent relationship with existing customers to achieve the sales target of the company.
- Develop new business opportunities for the components business especially Low Voltage Drives Instruments and UPS.
- Develop and implement sales strategies/plans to achieve the company's target growth sales and profit margin.
- Conduct an analysis of the competitors in the territory.
- Stay updated on competitors' offerings and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Be actively involved in commercial and technical discussion with customers gather customers' requirements coordinate with factory on customers' needs and submit solution proposal/s to prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
- Responsible for endtoend customer management and ensuring the timely collection of receivables.
- Draft or assist with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers.
- Prepare the monthly sales report for the review of Management.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales of related products and services.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field to the products and services being sold is preferred.
- Must possess strong technical knowledge of Low Voltage Drives Instruments UPS and Automation (e.g. Servo PLC HMI etc.).
- Proven sales track record in Drives and Automation business environment.
- A strong background in inverters or AC Drives.
- Site work experience (e.g. Electrical work testing commissioning and project management etc.) is an advantage.
- Good contact and network of prospective customers distributors consultants and contractors in the Philippines.
- Experience with multinational companies is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Someone with a resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service experience.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend industry events.
