Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct endtoend recruitment process for SAP positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of SAP professionals through various sourcing channels including job portals social media networking events and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions that attract the right talent.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on SAP hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to identify and attract top SAP talent.
- Negotiate offers and manage the postoffer process to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment reports and metrics.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 24 years in IT recruitment with a focus on SAP or Data & AI hiring.
- Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with staffing companies.
- Specialization: Proven track record in SAP or Data & AI hiring with a strong understanding of domain and technologies.
- ContracttoHire (CTH): Strong experience in CTH hiring understanding the nuances of contract positions and transitioning to permanent roles.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
