Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of site management and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
. Supervise and coordinate construction projects
. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
. Manage and schedule subcontractors and construction workers
. Inspect and review the quality of work on site
. Communicate with project managers and stakeholders regarding project progress
. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
Indepth knowledge of construction procedures equipment and OSHA guidelines
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
