Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor Fresher to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process ensuring that production targets are met and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with 01 year of experience who is looking to start their career in production supervision.
Responsibilities:

Requirements
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
Strong problemsolving skills
Ability to work well in a team
Salary: Rs.12000 to 15000
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a similar industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other relevant tools. Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
