Job description:

1. Managing sales customer service and marketing team

2. Planning setting goals analyzing and forecasting.

3. Preparing sales and marketing budgets plan and target.

4. Identify target audiences.

5. Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.

6. Overseeing and directing performance of team.

7. Manage the monthend and yearend close processes.

Job requirements:

1. 10 years experience in sales and marketing.

2. Aluminum and rolling shutter experience is a must.

3. Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills

4. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

5. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in

sales.

6. Fluent in English
