Job Description:
The Garment Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the entire merchandising process from product development to production. This role requires a blend of creativity strategic thinking and strong organizational skills to ensure our products meet market demands and are delivered on time.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology or Equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in the following business areas: Garments Textile Buying House Apparel Brand.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong followup skills for the Supply Chain Critical Path & Time & Action Plan.
- Good understanding of the merchandising process & fabric quality (construction weight color shed etc.).
- Knowledge of fabric test standards and requirements for different kinds of fabrics.
- Fluent in English to communicate with buyers.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Capability to guide and manage multiple customers and factories simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer portfolio and products to align with company strengths.
- Monitor the entire process of order execution from development order placement to shipment.
- Assist the Team Manager in costing exercises to determine appropriate price quotations ensuring sales orders and maintaining profitability.
- Analyze yearly/seasonal business volume and set personal targets accordingly.
- Set up business strategies and goals to provide the best support to assigned customers.
- Check development vs. order confirmation percentage each season.
- Prepare realistic T&A review with the Team Manager and follow up regularly.
- Ensure proper execution of sampling according to planned T&A to ensure ontime submission with the right quality and quantity.
- Communicate with customers factories and crossfunctional teams as necessary.
- Implement new concepts and techniques to ensure high efficiency and smooth process flow in the supply chain.
- Coordinate with design production and sales teams to ensure product alignment.
- Manage the product development process including sampling and production.
- Handle multiple customers and styles at multiple factories independently.
- Analyze process flow charts to simplify work processes and shorten approval procedures and lead times.
- Identify bottleneck areas and act immediately conducting risk analysis meetings with the team and related departments as necessary.
- Perform random checks of all bookings to ensure team accuracy.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the team clients and crossfunctional teams.
- Ensure ontime submission of sample materials for approval with the right quality and quantity.
- Build relationships with customers factories and crossfunctional teams.
- Work with office QA and Buyer QA staff to ensure products are produced and shipped on time with the right quality.
