KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our expanding USbased team.
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented individual to support our sales processes.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities and improving overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the sales process progresses smoothly by following up on action items.
- Participate in client meetings with AEs independently and with executives.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings calls and events with clients.
- Update client information and notes in HubSpot documenting the next steps.
- Ensure the team follows through on clientrelated tasks and next steps.
- Prepare and send sales documents such as proposals quotes and contracts.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline regularly.
- Produce sales reports and data from HubSpot.
- Assist in preparing weekly sales email updates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and performance.
- Participate in sales planning and strategy.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional team members to address client queries.
- Allocate leads to relevant AEs and SDRs.
- Partner with AEs and SDRs to remove roadblocks in the sales process.
- Manage client and partner events.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to commute to our office three days out of the week located in Las Colinas TX..
