The Position
The PM position is charged with planning and managing projects for the Site Development group. Projects include master planning and site development site evaluation and feasibility studies site utilities and stormwater management detailed design and construction documents and bidding and construction phase services.

The Position
The PM position is charged with planning and managing projects for the Site Development group. Projects include master planning and site development site evaluation and feasibility studies site utilities and stormwater management detailed design and construction documents and bidding and construction phase services.
The Responsibilities
- Manage all activities for assigned projects including scheduling work and project budgets directing associates and subconsultants activities establishing and monitoring quality requirements ensuring client satisfaction and promoting integration across all areas of work.
- Report on project budget variances to the Director and Finance.
- Work with clients on a regular basis.
- Directly or indirectly supervise associates providing ongoing direction related to tasks projects schedules and deliverables.
- Make formal presentations prepare proposals/contacts and determine project requirements.
- Identify potential funding sources.
- Build and manage client relationships.
- Attend networking events trade shows and conferences.
- Some travel is required for this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience with 4 in a supervisor capacity.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree and certifications (PE is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Creative and analytical thinker is critical to the success of this role.
- Must be able to manage and operate within a collaborative team environment.

- Columbus Ohio.
