Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily application support for boutique (shop) users as level 2 (L2)
- Coordinate and Support system testing with business users
- Approach support member in HQ (Level 3) in case of complex issues
- Train business users on demand basis
- Support project implementation / management in retail domain
Daily Application Support:
- Solve the incidents received from the business users in boutique
- Provide workaround solutions when sooner solution is not available
- Monitor and improve support service to business
- Update documents / create new ones as required to explain to users and reduce the incidents
System testing with business users:
- Understand the test content and communicate the change to users
- Prepare coordinate and support for the tests with business users
Coordination between Global and local:
- Following up incident resolution
- Support the business in communicating the priority and contents of issues / requests with the Global team
Users Training:
- Proactively create training plans for the users as required
Support SAP Implementation:
- Support of each tasks during the projects such as hardware test IT test UAT user training deployment onsite installation check system hypercare after golive
Requirements
- Communication skills to users and teams
- Project Management skill
- Business process analysis skill
- Understanding of SAP SD module
- Presentation or training skills
- Business level of Japanese and English language
- Hands on experience in SAP SD (min 2 years)
- User support experience (Plus)
- Infrastructure (network wifi device citrix related experience (plus))
