Our client a large Pharmaceutical Company is looking for UX UI Designer to work within their commercial department to shape the UX/UI customer experience by designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces focusing on how users interact with our technology and channels. This position involves working closely with UX/UI research and experimentation teams as well as business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of customer preferences and behaviors identify pain points and create solutions through experimentation and design thinking.
This is a 6 month remote contract position with the potential of renewal.
Responsibilities include:
- Understand how users interact with industry standard technology and digital channels. Work closely with the UX/UI behavioral and science researchers to incorporate user feedback and research findings into design iterations
- Lead the design of user interfaces for various platforms ensuring a seamless user experience. Leverage usercentered design principles to create visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces. Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives. Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards
- User Research and Usability Testing: Understanding user needs and testing designs to ensure they meet those needs
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all channels and platforms
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of in scope requirements
Requirements
- Scrum and Agile experience and certifications preferred
- 35 years Experience with Salesforce
- UI / UX experience with dashboards applications and websites
- Must support US Eastern Timezone
