Virtual Rockstar is looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Executive Assistant/ Bookkeeper to support our client s administrative and financial operations.
We are seeking a parttime Executive Assistant/ Bookkeeper to manage essential bookkeeping tasks and assist with various administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized individual who can work independently and effectively in a virtual setting.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
Maintain and update a current expense breakdown of clinic expenditures by analyzing credit card statements.
Manage and reconcile QuickBooks accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Handle the breakdown of cost centers for each clinic and assist with payroll processing using Ataraxis.
Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation and expense management.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize statistics in our monthly system for reporting and analysis.
Read and review resumes book interviews and manage online posting of job openings.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative support roles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software.
Strong understanding of financial reporting expense management and payroll processing.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience with resume screening and interview scheduling is a plus.
Familiarity with Ataraxis or similar payroll systems is a plus.
