Develop and implement systems related to child care accounts for Early Childhood Education clients. Maintain child care waiting list eligibility enrollment tracking class lists child date. Provide direct supervision to Daycare Teaching Staff. Follow all state guidelines to maintain a facility license. Track the performance of teaching staff and ensure they are following state guidelines and rules in the classroom. Work closely with other staff departments and grant specialists. Submit annual grant reports and tax ledgers. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient math and accounting skills team leadership skills personal computer skills in spreadsheet word processing google and online report documentation and submission. Operate 10key calculators and copy machines to perform calculations and produce and maintain detailed reports.
Requirements
One year administrative experience in accounting processes and supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of the Warm Springs community and available resources. Knowledge of Tribal administrative systems some Head Start performance standards CCDF regulations and child Care Division certification requirements for federal grants. Knowledge in Child Plus system to track child care enrollments attendance and other information. Must comply with drug free policy pass a Tribal background check and enroll in the criminal background registry (Early Learning Division). Obtain First Aid/CPR and Food Handlers certification. Must have a valid Drivers License and insurance.
