Senior Business Analyst

Job Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst in Sanctions Screening you will ensure IT systems and models are built and tested per IT and model risk standards. You will link design choices to bank policies substantiating them with clear concise test results. You will develop new features monitor existing ones drive the delivery of your features endtoend and report to the product owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation: Comfortably gather requirements from stakeholders using various techniques (workshops interviews demonstrations).
  
• Documentation: Document clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
  
• Requirement Diversification: Differentiate requirements from global stakeholders into musthaves and nicetohaves protecting global standards.
  
• Sanction Screening Assessment: Assess complex sanction screening algorithms rules and thresholds providing recommendations.
  
• Story Refinement: Refine stories for the squad in alignment with the product owners objectives.
  
• Simplification: Simplify solutions and processes clearly communicating to international stakeholders.
  
• Compliance Collaboration: Work with Global FEC Tech and Compliance teams to ensure solutions and processes are policycompliant and fitforpurpose.
  
• Data Analysis: Engage in data analysis data mapping and conceptualising solutions for data quality improvements.
  
• Feedback Culture: Give and solicit constructive feedback.
  
• Proactive Mindset: Maintain a proactive cando nosurprises positive attitude.
  
• Analytical Communication: Communicate analytical views effectively.

• Experience in KYC and FEC: Prior experience in the fields of KYC and fighting economic crime.
