Job Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls.
- Handle all customer enquiries and service and fault support.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues.
- Fulfills service requests; completing Navision transaction; forwarding service requests.
- Maintains and updates customers database by entering information.
- Answer questions about the product details.
- Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with their appliances.
- Enhances organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions understand concerns and overcome objections.
- Strong work ethic and selfstarter able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fastpaced business environment.
- Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working Hours:
Monday Friday (8.30am 5.30pm)
Saturday (8.30am 12.30pm)
