Business Development Representative Job Description
Creative Spark Social is a social media management service that helps small to midsized businesses create unique highquality content for their social media platforms. With over 7 years of experience and 1800 clients worldwide our skilled social media managers handle content creation community management and advertisement management to help our clients attract more customers via social media.
Role Description
This is a fully remote 1099 position for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales lead generation and communication to help expand our client base.
Compensation Details
The BDR pay plan is 100% commission based on sales production
Commissions are paid on a recurring basis while the client is active
There is NO CAP to your earnings potential (see example below)
Commissions are 50% of the Net Profit paid per month for active customers.
Examples
$1295 Premium Plan would generate $1000 per month in net profit x 50% $500 Commission per month. This client would represent $6000 per year in passive earnings.
$895 Standard Plan would generate $705 per month in net profit x 50% $350 per month in commission. This client would represent $4200 per year in passive earnings.
10 clients (5 of each plan above) would generate $51000 per year in passive earnings
20 clients (10 of each plan above) would generate $102000 per year in passive earnings
Qualifications
Strong inside sales and lead generation skills
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
Proven record in sales and business development
Selfmotivated ability to work independently and coachable
